In this holy month of Ramada, with a fashionable lifestyle, healthy habits are very important! Taking care of your diet is very essential and therefore, there are a couple of things yyou need to follow!
Tabbouleh; tabbouleh is a traditional Arabic salad rich with vegetables and a twist of sour dressing.
Remember that you should not over eat during Iftar. Moderation is key! Try to break your fast with some dates and water or drinking yogurt. eat in style; start with a warm soup that will comfort your stomach followed by a nutritious salad and then the main course.
Eat high caloric dense food such as chick peas and avocados! Eating high dense food helps you eat less but enough due to the restricted time you have.
The most important thing though is to stay hydrated! Drink at least 4 liters of water a day and keep your skin vibrant!
