Designer of the month: Alexander McQueen!
The late Lee Alexander McQueen was a British fashion designer. His luxury fashion house, Alexander McQueen was founded in 1992.
His designs are known for their emotional power, raw energy and romance with a touch of contemporary art. Elements such as strength and fragility, modernity and tradition all play a role in his collections.
Alexander’s designs are based on fine British tailoring and workmanship of French Haute Couture which made him one of the most well-known fashion designers in the world within less than 10 years.
